How good is the Flexiestays team?

Jon's place is perfect for a stay in Bournemouth. The basement flat is furnished to a high standard and provides everything needed, except a coffee machine, for a great stay. It's a short walk to supermarkets and the coastal promenade. Off street parking is a bonus.

There were two of us visiting Bournemouth for a couple of days so Jon's apartment was in an ideal location to explore the town. Great restaurants a few minutes walk away including Old Harry's Rock bar and restaurant. Very relaxed atmosphere and great food. The apartment was immaculate and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and all of the appliances appeared to be new. We were able to park in a designated space outside the apartment block which was a bonus as parking in the area is fairly limited. For the level of space, attention to detail and high quality finishes throughout, this apartment represented great value. I can highly recommend!

We had a great stay here with Jon and Flexistays. Jon was super responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean, the only problem was the rug was very hairy, but when we told Jon about this, he and the team immediately responded and cleaned. They provided washing machine tablets on request as well. Very good value for money, good location for the sea front, with some really nice restaurants and a small Nisa just down the road. Would definitely consider staying again.

Lovely apartment, good communication, wish they had detailed that it's really tricky to park down the alley due to narrow spaces but from reading the reviews i didn't take the bigger car fortunately but really handy to have a space/ very clean and little touches like salt and pepper handy, good location in terms of shops and restaurants and walking to the beach but sitting on the balcony overlooking a derelict building was a shame but not the hosts fault - thank you, would stay again

We stayed here for almost a month with our 6 month old baby while relocating from Oxford to Bournemouth, and we honestly had such a lovely stay. The property was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, especially for a longer stay with a little one. It really felt like a home away from home during what could otherwise have been quite a stressful time for us. It also gave us the perfect base to explore Bournemouth and the surrounding areas and get to know our new home before settling in permanently. Jack and the FlexiStays team were absolutely lovely throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful and always easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated. We have some very happy memories from our first month in Bournemouth here and would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Excellent modern apartment, very clean throughout all the rooms and spacious. Love the complimentary toiletries with everything needed in the apartment. Communication was great by Jon with checking in details. The accommodation is a short walk away near to the beach, grocery shop and pier either by walking or car. It's my third time travelling to Bournemouth and this has been my favourite and cleanest accommodation I've stayed at. It was warm in the apartment but was manageable, having a fan in the second bedroom helps aswell as windows open.

Natali, who worked in the office, was so helpful, and quickly and thoroughly responded to all of our questions and requests. We were there for a month and they provided a mid-stay cleaning, which was unexpected and much appreciated. The location was great for us - just a quick walk to the beach, the bus stop, a small grocery store, and lots of restaurants, and we could easily walk to the city center which had a great open pedestrian space, stores, and restaurants. We were underwhelmed by the gym, which was very small, but nice to have, even so. We would stay there again.

We had a really fantastic stay here and would definitely come back to Jon's place. Beautiful place & area too!

In Bournemouth, this is the Place to Stay!

This company is superb; if you need anything, the staff are there straight away, efficient and polite. I've been back several times now and stayed in a few of their apartments because they're all spot-on with the same high spec. 7 miles of beautiful beach just a stone's throw away, parking, modern apartments, all well thought out with quality furniture and appliances, smart TV, very comfy beds - even the towels smell great! Everything you need for an independent stay. Definitely a home away from home, and I seriously recommend them. In Bournemouth, without a shadow of a doubt, this is the place to stay! Christopher.

Everything is fantastic! The cleanliness is outstanding, as too is the decor, facilities and the location. Natali went above and beyond to make this an amazing trip for our wedding anniversary, stayed 3 nights, it just wasn't enough! Can't recommend this place enough. Excellent location, had a sea view! The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent - we found it quiet and peaceful while being only a short walk to the beach. Canford Cliffs village, where we were able to get what shopping items we needed during our stay, is also within easy walking distance, as are several places to eat and drink for the evenings. The underground parking is a bonus, as we knew from other visits that it can be hard to find street parking in the area during summer. The information for check-in and things to do in the area was clear and helpful. We would be very happy to come again.

Highly recommended, will stay again! I recently stayed here and was very impressed - the room was spotlessly clean and nicely presented. Toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. The room had a fan, fridge and kettle, which made such a difference in this hot weather! It always smelled lovely too. Gym available. The staff were helpful and just a phone call away whenever I needed anything. Great value and I'd definitely come back to this hotel.

I've had a really positive experience

I've had a really positive experience with the Airbnb building services, and I'd especially like to recognise Nat, Jack, and Reece for how helpful, friendly, and professional they are. They're always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues or answer questions. Their attitude makes a real difference and creates a welcoming experience for residents and guests. A special mention has to go to Natalie, who has been exceptionally helpful. She is consistently kind, attentive, and proactive, and always makes sure things are dealt with properly. Her dedication and willingness to help really stand out and are very much appreciated. Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work, it definitely doesn't go unnoticed!

I can't recommend Flexiestays highly enough. Jon and the entire Flexiestay team were absolutely outstanding from start to finish, always supportive, approachable, and on hand whenever anything was needed. The apartments are simply incredible and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Unlike many other short- or mid-term rentals, these genuinely feel luxurious. You would be hard-pressed to find a five-star hotel that offers the same quality of finish, space, and comfort that Flexiestays provides. The location is perfect too, with the beach less than a three-minute walk away and plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants all a few minutes from their apartments. The attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service are second to none. I'd also recommend booking directly, as there are often excellent discounts available. This was the second time I've stayed in one of their wonderful apartments for a getaway, and it certainly won't be the last. A phenomenal experience from beginning to end, 10/10! You won't be dissapointed!

I had a wonderful stay at Flexie Stays in Bournemouth and would highly recommend it. The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. A special thank you to Natali, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She helped arrange a surprise birthday celebration for my girlfriend, and everything was beautifully organised. Her kindness, attention to detail, and excellent communication made the experience even more special. We also really enjoyed having access to the gym, and the location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the sandy beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful Bournemouth coastline. Thank you, Natali and the Flexie Stays team, for such an amazing experience. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bournemouth!

We will be staying again, and again!

Our stay here was absolutely lovely! I had already spoken to a member of staff prior to our arrival and was immediately impressed with her genuine kindness and thoughtful responses to my questions. Once at the apartment, we were impressed with its cleanliness and excellent condition. There were also thoughtful and stylish little touches that were very much appreciated. Its amenities (private gym, private outdoor area, games room) and its location near the beautiful beach were absolutely great, something for all of us! I will definitely stay here again, and again when I return to Bournemouth. Jo.

Lovely, clean and well equipped with nice extras. Beds very comfortable, plenty of hot water, and great airflow even in the heatwave. Check-in easy and staff responsive, we'll likely return.

Lovely apartment :)

I stayed with a friend for a couple of nights and the apartment was lovely. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was great we ended up staying in every night to cook. There was also very clear communication and it was easy to find the apartment and check-in - would definitely recommend :)

Exceptional

Spotless and very comfortable with a lovely sea view. Really comfortable beds, great-quality linen, a brilliant shower and towels. Great location and good communication.

Really nice apartment and location

I have booked with Flexiestays on many occasions and am impressed by the high standard of their apartments and the responsiveness of the team, particularly Raisa. The apartments are modern, well equipped and really comfortable and in a great location for the beach and the town.

We needed a place to stay while waiting on our house purchase

We needed a place to stay while waiting on the final stage of our house purchase. Flexiestays was a brilliant option for us. 3 months at a very decent price, free off road parking, great location in the centre of town without feeling loud and we never had an issue with other guests. The team were always happy to help and the facilities were decent. We look back on our time with Flexiestays fondly.

Apartment looked exactly same as pictures. Good location, walkable to beaches and city centers. It doesn't have a great view, but that can already be seen from the pictures. All the amenities mentioned were available and had good guidance and clear instructions from the team

Highly recommend, great location, rooms and people

We stayed at Flexiestays over the course of about 5 winter months. It has been an amazing experience. The rooms are nice, newly renovated, and have pretty much everything you need, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Overall communication was good, usually pretty quick responses, and they were very willing provide if we needed something. It was nice to have access to a gym in the building nearby, and the beautiful location with literally a 1-minute walk to an stunning sea-view was unparalleled. Thank you Flexiestays for this huge blessing!

Super accommodation

Booked a weekend in Bournemouth to meet up with some friends. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described / shown in photos. The communication was excellent with good instructions re check in/out and parking. We asked a couple of questions and had very prompt and helpful responses. Will definitely look to book again later this year

Outstanding experience at Flexiestays

The staff at Flexiestays were outstanding. Due to an emergency I had to cancel at the last moment. They were courteous generous and assisted with the cancellation of the booking with compassion and professionalism and went above and beyond with regards to their customer service. A special mention must go out to Natali who was exceedingly prompt in all our communication and personally provided excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook a stay at Flexiestays or to recommend them.
