Who runs Flexiestays
Flexiestays Ltd is a private limited company registered in England (company number 15208026, incorporated 12 October 2023), with its registered office at 557 Charminster Road, Bournemouth, BH8 9RF. It runs Flexiestays: serviced apartments and hotel rooms in eight buildings on the West Cliff and around St Michael’s Road, made up of seven rated aparthotels plus The Shore House Hotel with the shared gym and games room. It owns or manages every apartment it lets, including some run in partnership with their owners, for short breaks, holidays and stays of a month or more. Its record is public on Companies House.
Guests book on flexiestays.com, pay through a Stripe checkout and let themselves in with self check-in. A local team looks after every building and answers by phone, WhatsApp and email 24 hours a day. The same apartments are also listed on Booking.com and Airbnb, which is why guests have reviewed them on those platforms too.

How we collect reviews
Every review on this site was written by a guest on Google, Trustpilot, Booking.com or Airbnb, and is shown as the guest wrote it, with the platform, the date and the star rating they gave. Nothing is written by us, paid for or rewarded. Because this site is published by the company it reviews, the rules below say exactly which reviews are shown, so you can check them against each platform.
Where the reviews come from
Guests review Flexiestays on four independent platforms. Google and Trustpilot accept reviews from anyone with an account; Booking.com and Airbnb only accept a review from a guest who booked and stayed through them. We copy reviews from those platforms and link back to each profile, so you can read the rest there.
Which reviews are shown
This site does not show every review Flexiestays has. What is quoted, platform by platform:
- Trustpilot: every review on the Flexiestays profile on 28 September 2026.
- Airbnb: the 20 most recent reviews on the Flexiestays co-host profile on 12 October 2026.
- Booking.com: 16 reviews carried over from the earlier version of this site. They are not a random sample.
- Google: 4 reviews carried over from the earlier version of this site. A full export of the Google reviews is pending.

Quoted as written
Each review is copied from the platform it was left on, in the guest’s own words. Punctuation may be normalised, but words are never changed or added. The platform, the date and the guest’s rating are shown on every card, and where the team replied on the platform, the reply is shown too.
Any score can be added
Any review a guest left on these platforms can be added here, whatever its score. The rating shown for each platform is the platform’s own figure, read on the platform, not an average of the reviews quoted on this site.
No incentives, no fake reviews
Nobody is paid, discounted or rewarded for a review, and nobody at Flexiestays writes reviews of its own apartments. Since 6 April 2025 the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 bans fake reviews and incentivised reviews that are not disclosed, and the Competition and Markets Authority’s guidance sets out how businesses must handle them. Google’s own policy also forbids offering anything in return for a review. We follow all three.
Ratings read and dated
The headline score is Google’s, because Google holds the most reviews of Flexiestays on a five-point scale. Every other platform is shown with its own score on its own scale (Booking.com scores out of 10) and with the date we last read it, so an old figure is never passed off as today’s.
Report a problem with a review
If you think a review here is wrong, was left by someone who did not stay, or quotes you and you would like it removed, email enquiries@flexiestays.com with the page address and the review. We will look into it and correct or remove anything that breaks the rules on this page.
You can also report a review directly to the platform it was left on. Each platform has its own process for flagging reviews that break its rules.
