Jon's place is perfect for a stay in Bournemouth. The basement flat is furnished to a high standard and provides everything needed, except a coffee machine, for a great stay. It's a short walk to supermarkets and the coastal promenade. Off street parking is a bonus.
There were two of us visiting Bournemouth for a couple of days so Jon's apartment was in an ideal location to explore the town. Great restaurants a few minutes walk away including Old Harry's Rock bar and restaurant. Very relaxed atmosphere and great food. The apartment was immaculate and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and all of the appliances appeared to be new. We were able to park in a designated space outside the apartment block which was a bonus as parking in the area is fairly limited. For the level of space, attention to detail and high quality finishes throughout, this apartment represented great value. I can highly recommend!
Lovely apartment, good communication, wish they had detailed that it's really tricky to park down the alley due to narrow spaces but from reading the reviews i didn't take the bigger car fortunately but really handy to have a space/ very clean and little touches like salt and pepper handy, good location in terms of shops and restaurants and walking to the beach but sitting on the balcony overlooking a derelict building was a shame but not the hosts fault - thank you, would stay again
This company is superb; if you need anything, the staff are there straight away, efficient and polite. I've been back several times now and stayed in a few of their apartments because they're all spot-on with the same high spec. 7 miles of beautiful beach just a stone's throw away, parking, modern apartments, all well thought out with quality furniture and appliances, smart TV, very comfy beds - even the towels smell great! Everything you need for an independent stay. Definitely a home away from home, and I seriously recommend them. In Bournemouth, without a shadow of a doubt, this is the place to stay! Christopher.
The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent - we found it quiet and peaceful while being only a short walk to the beach. Canford Cliffs village, where we were able to get what shopping items we needed during our stay, is also within easy walking distance, as are several places to eat and drink for the evenings. The underground parking is a bonus, as we knew from other visits that it can be hard to find street parking in the area during summer. The information for check-in and things to do in the area was clear and helpful. We would be very happy to come again.

Really clean with pretty much everything you could want or need. Close to everything, great to have parking, a very comfy bed and a homely feel.
We needed a place to stay while waiting on the final stage of our house purchase. Flexiestays was a brilliant option for us. 3 months at a very decent price, free off road parking, great location in the centre of town without feeling loud and we never had an issue with other guests. The team were always happy to help and the facilities were decent. We look back on our time with Flexiestays fondly.

Location was great (a 5, 8 minute walk to the beach) along with the cleanliness and facilities. Free parking is a bonus. Highly recommend for families.

Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre of Bournemouth, and managing to still be quiet. Close to the train station (and buses), big Asda superstore, town centre, park and the beach. I have stayed so far in 2 different apartments in the same building on 2 separate occasions. Both, lovely decorated, with everything one may need for a short or longer stay. A kind of apartment you just want to stay in the whole day! I would definitely recommend.

Booked a weekend in Bournemouth to meet up with some friends. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described / shown in photos. The communication was excellent with good instructions re check in/out and parking. We asked a couple of questions and had very prompt and helpful responses. Lovely apartment in very close proximity to Bournemouth town centre and beach. Modern, very clean and well equipped. Onsite parking was a big plus, making it easy to explore the area. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
