Contractor and corporate stays

For employers placing staff

A company can book and pay on behalf of its people. A corporate account includes:

• a named account manager
• block bookings of several apartments, with your team in the same building where possible
• one consolidated VAT invoice a month, with purchase order and reference numbers where you need them
• payment against invoice for account customers
• a 30-minute response to corporate enquiries during business hours

To set one up, contact the team with your company name, the number of apartments and the dates. They confirm availability and arrange billing. If a contract runs longer or ends early, bookings can be modified or extended with notice.

Why not a hotel or a rental?

For a stay of weeks or months, a hotel room is small and a tenancy is slow. A tenancy needs referencing, a guarantor or a deposit held for months, and a fixed term that rarely matches a contract. A serviced let has none of that: no agency fee, no guarantor, no six-week deposit, just a standard cleaning and security deposit shown at booking. Extending, ending and moving on

Contracts change. Tell the team as early as you can if a job is extended, ideally before the current month ends, so the apartment can be held. Many contractors stay across several contracts and return to the same building, and the booking simply rolls on. If a job ends early, give notice in writing and the team confirms the final night and any adjustment to the last invoice.
